Tuesday evenings from 19:00-20:00 beginning 29 Mar 2011. There is also a group on Thurs mornings from 9:00-10:00. We meet here at 7 rue de Leudelange. The purpose of the club is to teach proper technique and training methods so as to prevent injuries and gain maximum results. All levels of ability are welcome and as the need presents itself, we will split into groups. Although we're all nice people, this is not a social jog- we can chat before and after....
